Kindergarten Registration Information

Children must be five years of age on or before August 31 to be eligible to register for kindergarten.

Required Documents

You will be asked to attach the following documents to the registration form in order to register your child in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District:

  • Proof of Childs Legal Name and Age: Please provide proof of your child's age and legal name, (e.g. birth certificate, passport, adoption record, custody order, previous school records)

  • Health Records/Immunizations up to date and signed by your physician. All Kindergarten students must have a complete physical examination by their doctor.

  • Parent Proof of Residency: A document linking the home address and guardian's name, (e.g. drivers license, copy of a utility bill, rental agreement, tax document, affidavit from landlord, verification of social services)

Dear Incoming Kindergarten Families,

Kinder registration is open! You can register online, via Skyward using the links above. In addition, please fill out the Kindergarten Inventory Packet and Transportation form to turn into the Elementary Office.

Current TK and Preschool students who will be going into Kindergarten for the 25/26 school year do not need to re-enroll.

If you are planning to enroll your child in private school or a homeschool program, please contact the District Office. The information regarding private/homeschooled students is vital in our District’s census of school-aged children.

Families Building or Buying a Home who request admittance prior to when district residency is established must contact the District Office to secure before submitting this registration packet. Families must move into the district within 45 calendar days of the student’s entry date.
