FAFSA IS OPEN!
The FAFSA application underwent a total overhaul this year. Although the new application was originally set to open Dec. 1st, then the 31st… well, the wait is over! They are now past the “soft launch” and the new portal/application has been fully launched.  In an effort to help parents through the process, we will be hosting a FAFSA night on Feb. 1st with CWU Financial Aid Officer, Inti Valverde. He will be assisting families that have questions about completing the form. The event will take place at the High School in the Library beginning at 6pm. Please note, that parents may need to start the application at least 3 days prior to the event in order for the FAFSA to complete the identification validation process.

Spring SAT Test for Juniors
On March 14th (at 8:15am) Juniors will have the ability to take the SAT during the school day at no cost to the family. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of as it allows the student to receive their scores before early decision deadlines for many colleges pass. By receiving scores early, it also allows students to decide if they would like to retake the test in the fall. There are limited spots available for students so register today!
Click here to register for the SAT.

Mrs. Day & Mrs. Martin are also hosting an SAT Prep Night on Wednesday Feb. 21st in the Career Center from 5:15pm - 6:30pm for all students that register to take the test at school. Students will learn about digital tools available on the exam, get to have their questions answered, go through a practice test/questions and enjoy pizza with other Juniors that evening. Additional information will be sent to students before the 21st.

SENIOR BOARD MOMENTS

The Senior Board is starting to fill up. As our Seniors commit to their post graduation plan, they write it on the Senior Board under their name. This tradition started with the class of 2020 as a way to make sure we were tracking every senior and assisting them on their way to graduation. The class of 2021 liked it so much, they insisted that it be kept… and the tradition continues to this day! The Board will list employment, schools they are enrolling in or the branch of military they are enlisting with. All pathways are represented by the student who has selected it. We are excited to see The Board fill up and can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Warriors of 2024!
