MEN'S FORMAL WEAR FITTING TOMORROW - Saturday, January 20th, Erin from Ellensburg Bow Tie will be at CERHS Commons from 11am to 1pm for students who may be interested in being fitted for men's formal wear in anticipation of our up and coming semi-formal Winter Ball. This is simply a courtesy on behalf of Ellensburg Bow Tie, for Cle Elum High School students who may be interested in renting formal wear. This is not required to attend the dance. Once fitted, Erin will place the orders and will deliver the custom fitted attire to the high school prior to the dance, the exact date is TBD. *Pricing varies based on selection. 2ND SEMESTER SCHEDULES: Students can now view their 2nd semester schedules on Skyward. If your student has an error on their schedule please email Ms. Abbey (howella@cersd.org) or see her right away. If your student wants to change their schedule based on preference, please fill out the schedule change form. WINTER BALL - Sunday, January 28th! Save the Date! The dance will be from 7:00pm - 10:00pm, at Suncadia Lodge. The theme is "24 Karat Gold" and is Semi-Formal. Tickets will be $20 each and will be on sale the week before the dance. If you are bringing an out-of-district guest to the dance, please complete a guest dance request form no later than the Wednesday BEFORE the dance (Jan. 24th). Today we recognized and celebrated 132 students with a catered breakfast for going ABOVE and BEYOND in the areas of academics, attendance, involvement with extracurricular acitivites, and citizenship. We also created a new award called the Warrior of the Quarter. Our Warriors of the Quarter go above and beyond every day. These students scored a perfect 16/16 on the rubric and were voted on by the CERHS staff.
The Warriors of the Quarter are Cara Coleman, Caroline Smith, Josiah Beiter, and Keira Moore.

Our High School Nurse, Rachel Henderson, is currently teaching Adult, Child, Infant CPR and First Aid to Mrs. Singer's health students. The course is about two weeks long, and the students will receive a certification for CPR and First Aid from the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) at the completion of the course.
