Mini Cheer Sign-ups are happening now for grades Pre-K through 6th! We will be sending home a physical flyer with the QR code to sign up electronically or you can sign up via the link below. Practice times will be determined at a later date and will be sent to you via email once you sign up. Cost is $50 per student. If your child has a direct sibling, the cost for that sibling will be $45. The deadline to sign-up is Wednesday, January 17th. FESTIVE SPIRIT WEEK - December 18th - 20th - Let's make the week before break a little extra fun! Monday (Dec. 18th) will be Festive Sweater Day, Tuesday (Dec. 19th) will be Crazy Sock and Hat Day, and Wednesday (Dec. 20th) will be Pajama Day! We look forward to seeing everyone's school spirit!

The Secure and Teach has been lifted for all buildings in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District per the notification by the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. We are now allowing students to move throughout their day normally, including between the buildings. Thank you for your patience with this process. Our students did a great job following directions and listening to staff this morning. Counselors are available at each building if students or staff would like support after this stressful situation

All buildings in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District are currently in a Secure and Teach due to police activity in the community. Students are allowed to transition between classes, teachers are continuing to teach but students are not allowed to leave the buildings or travel between buildings at this time. We are also not admitting visitors into the buildings at this time. We will continue to stay in a Secure and Teach until the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office notifies us to do so. We also request that parents do not call the school to request additional details from staff at this time.

Winter Holiday Workshop is this Friday, Dec. 15th! Choose from 20 different $1 crafts! Hot dogs, popcorn & candy will also be available for purchase. Funds from this event benefit the PAC (Parent Action Council). The Winter Holiday Workshop will be located in the CERSD Elementary Cafeteria from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Please join us for this fun and festive evening!

PLEASE CHECK LOST & FOUND - Is your student missing something? Please come check out our Lost and Found to reclaim any lost items! Items not picked up prior to Dec. 21, 2023 will be donated to a charity of the school’s choosing.

The CERES Winter Concert is next week, December 14th (Thursday) at 6:00PM in the WSMS Gym. Doors will open at 5:30PM. Students are to report to their classrooms at that time. Parents will head into the gym to find a seat once their child has checked in with his/her teacher. Parking is available in the HS parking lot, and MS/ES parking lot. Once parking lots are full, vehicles will be directed to park along State Route 903. We encourage our families to arrive early. See you there!

Did you know that the Cle Elum-Roslyn HS Lady Warriors Soccer team is UNDEFEATED?! CERHS will host the first round of Districts on Halloween night. Game time is 6pm. Admission is $9 for adults and $7 for students. Bring the kids early (or after Boo-Elum) to trick or treat and cheer on our Warriors!! Interested in having a table or passing out candy? There is still time to sign up!

Gray Wolf Families! This week at the Elementary was a BLAST! We had an extremely fun Parrot Experience Assembly, thank you so much to the Roslyn Downtown Association for making this experience possible for our students! Learning about different birds, getting to see them fly around, and do trick was great! Also, thank you to Fire District 7 and all the volunteers for hosting a Fire Prevention and Fire Saftey day for our 3rd Grade Gray Wolves, the kids had a lot of fun with all the different learning activities. CERPD also showed up as a surprise to serve ​help serve lunch to our students! ​If you were wondering about volunteer opportunities we have lots around the school! Check Out Parent Square for volunteer opportunities. Just a few dates and reminders coming up: Next week, Tuesday, 10/17 through Friday, 10/20 will be Half Days. Release time for the Elementary will be 12:25. On Thursday, 10/19, we will be having our evening conferences. Please make sure to look for sign ups sent out by your students teacher to schedule a conference. Also, coming up we will be having Picture Retakes on Oct. 26th for the Elementary School.
