The Cle Elum-Roslyn School District Board of Directors believes that public schools are community-owned resources, managed for the benefit of all Cle Elum-Roslyn residents. We encourage the public to use school facilities and support community involvement. For certain uses outside regular hours, or for specific resources such as heating, lighting, equipment rental, and custodial services, a reimbursement may be requested to help cover additional costs, ensuring sustainable access for all.

Authorization to use CERSD facilities does not imply endorsement or approval of the activity, group, organization, or its purposes. For more information, please refer to board policy.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that our facilities are heavily used after school hours from 3 PM to 5 PM, and gym availability is especially limited during the winter months.

Before submitting a request, please check the facility use calendars below to confirm availability. Requests for the current week must be submitted by noon on Monday.

Cle Elum-Roslyn School District is a tobacco, alcohol, drug, and weapons-free zone. The use or possession of these substances is strictly prohibited in all areas of the District, both indoors and outdoors.

Grounds Maintenance: Grounds maintenance is responsible for the safety of the grounds around each school including parking lots.

Facility Maintenance: The District's maintenance department is responsible for all existing mechanical and structural repairs including minor construction.

Custodial Services: The custodial staff work hard to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout all of the buildings with the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District.
