Welcome to the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District!  

Enrollment Application Instructions

Students can apply for enrollment year-round through our online application system. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Create a Skyward Account: Use the link below to create a Skyward account and begin your registration application process.

2. Existing Accounts: If you already have a Skyward account, go directly to Skyward Family Access to complete the student registration.

Documents Required for Enrollment:

You will need to upload the following required documents into the enrollment application:

  • Current Proof of Residency: This should link the home address with the guardian's name. Acceptable documents include:

    • Driver’s license

    • Utility bill

    • Rental agreement

    • Affidavit from landlord

    • Verification of social services

  • Proof of Legal Name and Age: Please provide documentation that verifies your child’s age and legal name. Acceptable documents include:

    • Birth certificate

    • Passport

    • Adoption record

    • Custody order

    • Previous school records

  • Completed Certificate of Immunization

For any support during your registration process, please feel free to contact our District Registrar's office. Our regular office hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Note: While the district office is open year-round, please be aware that school offices are closed during the summer months.

Swiftwater is a competency-based high school of choice program and requires students apply, interview, and be accepted to enroll.  Please complete the New Student Online Enrollment (above) and use the link below.

Student Accident & Sickness Medical Insurance

The Cle Elum-Roslyn School District does not provide medical insurance coverage for school accidents, however, for those parents who do not have medical coverage for their children, there is an optional way to cover your children during school activities.  Please take a look at the student insurance coverage options provided by Myers-Stevens-Toohey below.  You may also contact the district office or student's school for more information on student insurance.
