The Cle Elum-Roslyn School Board is excited to announce the top three candidates for the superintendent. Interviews will take place on May 16, 17, and 18. The community is encouraged to attend the community forum each evening to listen and meet each candidate. Community forums will take place in the Middle School Commons on May 16th, 17th, and 18th from 6:00 - 6:45 pm.

The school board plans to make their final decision on the evening of May 18th at the conclusion of the third interview.

Meet John Belcher
John Belcher is currently the principal of Mount Si High School in the Snoqualmie School District. Prior experiences include Junior High Science teacher and Assistant Principal in the Northshore School District and Omak Middle School and High School Principal.
Mr. Belcher earned his Masters and Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University in Science and Science Education, School Administration degree from Seattle Pacific, and Superintendent Certificate from Washington State University.
Mr. Belcher will now be interviewing on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Meet Kelly Kronbauer
Kelly Kronbauer is currently the Executive Director of Student Services and Operations for the Ellensburg School District. Prior experiences include serving in the Lake Chelan School District as the State and Federal Programs Director, Holden Village K-12 principal, Chelan Preparatory High School Principal, Business Education teacher, and Special Education teacher. Mr. Kronbauer also served as a Business Education teacher in the Wenatchee and Richland School Districts and was employed in the private sector as an Automated Business instructor.
Mr. Kronbauer received his Business Administration and Education degrees from Central Washington University and his School Administration degree and Superintendent Certification from Washington State University.
Mr. Kronbauer will now be interviewing on Monday, May 16, 2022.
Meet Dana Geaslen
Dana Geaslen is the current Assistant Superintendent of Education Services in the Edmonds School District. Prior experiences include Director of Student Services, Teaching, Learning, and Assessment for the Camas School District, Director of Student Services and Elementary teacher for the Selah School District, Special Education coordinator and High School teacher for Enumclaw School District and High School teacher with the Bend La Pine School District in Bend Oregon.
Mrs. Geaslen received her Bachelors in Health and Fitness and Special Education from Central Washington University, her Masters degree in Education Administration from the University of Phoenix, and her Superintendent Certification from Western Washington University.
Mrs. Geaslen will be interviewing on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
