Our Key Club students created handmade Christmas Cards and delivered them to the local Nursing Home residents in Cle Elum, South Cle Elum, and Ellensburg. They bought and delivered gifts for High School Staff in a "Secret Santa" gift exchange to thank them for all they do for students, and they also coordinated a clothing drive and donated several bags of warm clothing items to COAL Community Clothing Center in Ronald to help local families in need during this winter season. We are so proud of our Warriors!

This afternoon, the lockdown siren inadvertently was triggered due to a power surge at the Elementary and Middle School buildings. The siren sounded for approximately 15 seconds before it was deactivated. An announcement was immediately made to reassure staff and students that there were no issues in the school. We were impressed with the reaction time of our staff who quickly initiated our protocols. We apologize for any anxiety caused by our students, staff and members of our school community.
